Origami team at GGJ14

This weekend our team attended to Global Game Jam. We’ve worked hard for 48 hours in UNISINOS Jam Site in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul – Brazil and joined by 2 more developers we’ve managed to complete a small game in 48 hours.


We’ve received the following theme to work on:
“We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are”


From this theme, we came up with the following idea:

An point-and-click adventure game where the player controls two characters:

Chuck. A robot that can only see things in a rational way and the consequence of that is that he pays so much attention to technological things that beautiful things like a pretty sunset are pretty much invisible to him.

And Berry. A small emotional bear mostly driven by his instincts and his naive mind. This little fella’ have no idea what mathematics is and doesn’t even care about it.

This weird duo must work together to solve puzzles and keep the story going.
