We’ve just released gibeCOWpls, our 4th mobile game. We hope you have fun trying to get this cow fly through those popsicle obstacles, it certainly isn’t easy though.

Challenge your friends in this amazing skill game with a psychedelic mood.

Fly your cow through as many popsicle barriers as possible and compare your performance with all your friends.

This is not for the faint of the heart. Although your cow may be cute, its gruesome death will be inevitable.

Origami team at GGJ14

This weekend our team attended to Global Game Jam. We’ve worked hard for 48 hours in UNISINOS Jam Site in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul – Brazil and joined by 2 more developers we’ve managed to complete a small game in 48 hours.

We’ve received the following theme to work on:
“We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are”

From this theme, we came up with the following idea:

An point-and-click adventure game where the player controls two characters:

Chuck. A robot that can only see things in a rational way and the consequence of that is that he pays so much attention to technological things that beautiful things like a pretty sunset are pretty much invisible to him.

And Berry. A small emotional bear mostly driven by his instincts and his naive mind. This little fella’ have no idea what mathematics is and doesn’t even care about it.

This weird duo must work together to solve puzzles and keep the story going.

To complete this game, our current dev. team composed by:
Christoffer James de Oliveira – Artist/Game Designer
Guilhermo von Scharten Heldt – Programmer/Game Designer
Ramon Saraiva – Programmer/Game Designer

Worked together with:
Alisson Daniel Gesat Farias – Artist/Animator
Bernardo de Castro Furtado – Game Designer/Audio

Splash Arena

We are proud to announce the release of our newest game, Splash Arena, available for iOS and Android devices.

Splash Arena is a new take on the old bubble shooting formula.

Now you can challenge your friends and see who’s the baddest, meanest and fastest shooter around. You can play it in groups of 2 to 4 people on your device.

Gather around and put your thumb to work. Try to match 3 bubbles of the same color to get ahead.

And don’t forget: great aim is a must, but you better be quick. The clock is ticking and there’s a crazy cow in the way.

Game trailer: Splash Arena

Check out our game trailer for Splash Arena, coming to iOS and Android devices on Nov. 15:

Splash Arena provides groups of friends an ideal way to test who’s the best bubble shooter around with fast paced action and a dozen of different tricks players can use to enhance their performances. It’s a game designed to be played with friends, in social occasions, like parties, dinners and pubs.

It can also be an ice breaker and a coffee table game. Your guests will all want to have a shot at it. And then get angry, at the end: “If it wasn’t for that cow…”.

The game will be available on Nov. 15 for iOS and Android devices and is best suited for tablets.

Space Draw

We’ve just released our newest game for iOS and Android: Space Draw.

Space Draw is a fun game set in space. It all happens very fast: you’re in space, you’re an astronaut and, oops, you’re falling.

Space Draw - Origami Media

You control the astronaut movement by drawing on the screen. Just remember to avoid aliens and reach for the stars.

Space Draw - Origami Media

It’s up to you: How far will you travel? How many stars will you collect? How long will it take until we have to call Houston?

Space Draw - Origami Media

And when you die, don’t worry. You won’t feel a thing. Just touch the screen again and you’re back in your space suit.

So what are you waiting for? Challenge your friends and Space Draw!

We’ve released our first game, check it out:

Welcome to a logic oriented game. This is not for the zombie shooters.

In this game you have to beat 30 brain-melting stages by controlling colored blocks that need to be carefully positioned in order to fill color gaps.

Try it on iTunes (iOS)

Try it on Google Play (Android)

This is not for the Fruit-Ninja-Slicers. Each level of Blockage requires logic, logic and more logic to be solved.

Built with Corona SDK

Click on the block, move it around and face a challenge that grows stronger and stronger. And when you get stuck, show it to your friends and see if they can beat Blockage. Or at least beat you.

The first flash version of Blockage has been played more than 10 million times. Statistically, less than 1% of the players crack the final level. Can you?
